The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase a Trailer-Mounted, self contained equipment package for Chemical Grouting of Underground Sanitary Sewer Systems (including man holes, mainline joints, and service line connections). System should be totally pre-engineered and include the following salient and essential features: Mainline Packer (separate) for sewer pipes of 6, 8, 10, 15 and 20" diameters Lateral packers 8" mains with 4" and 6" laterals. Chemical Grout Dispensers (dual chemical- capable of dispensing any of the chemical grout or sewer sealing chemicals on the market) including pumps, tanks, fill systems, manifolds and water connections. Compressed Air System including compressor, receiver tank and necessary controls. Video Camera (color) with skid assembly (6" -- 20"), remote lighting, cassette recorder, microphone, rewind assembly, cable (1000 ft) and controls. Camera Tractor, self-propelled (8" to 24") Pan & Tilt with controller and cable. Power Winch with SS cable (1000 ft) surface and subsurface sheave assemblies, hangers, reels and controls to permit transporting packers and TV skid assemblies between manholes. Remote cutter for protruding laterals to facilitate getting camera and packers through sewer mains. Trailer with 16 ft load space, separate equipment & control room and completely equipped with strobe (roof) and flood (rear) lights, backup alarm, roller assemblies, for cable/hose heater (1500 watt) and air conditioning (13,500 BTU), modular equipment console, electrical wiring & plumbing plus essential interior finished. Electrical Generator (7000 watts), low noise muffler, low oil shutoff sensor, voltage and frequency meters. Full Maintenance Tool Kit and Storage Box Operation and Instruction Manuals. Washdown System, including 120 volt water pump, retractable hose reel and spray nozzle. This acquisition is a full and open competition.
