This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to purchase a detailed planing kit for communities across the United States to use in developing critical public health programs and activities addressing Safe Motherhood. The period of performance for this project is four months. The American Association for World Health, owns the kit and is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
