The carnival is the season's grand final is open to all military and civilians. We are asking for sponsorship of enough food and drinks for 500 people for the week-end event. We would accept gift certificates for ski clothing and equipment, or other items. As a grand prize, we are asking for a recreational type vehicle such as a snowmachine or 4-wheeler. In addition, we are seeking sponsorship for the awards and trophies to be given out at the event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than 21 March 1998 for the carnival. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government.
