Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation to provide Testing Laboratory Services for ETSU Medical Scholl Building (Phase I) at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, Tennessee in accordance with the contract specifications. Proincipals of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with a minimum of five years experience in the types of testing required under this contract. Each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing and inspection must have have not less than one years fukk time experience in the duties performed under this contract. The contract period will coincide with the estimated time of performance of the construction period which is approximately thirty (30) months. The testing laboratory contract will remain in force for the full duration of the construction contract including all delays or time extensions.
