R -- PROVIDE A QUESTIONNAIRE AND GUIDELINES FOR FEMALE VICTIMS OF ABUSE SOL HRSA-98-BPHC-C98641 DUE 031898 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Better Homes Fund, 181 Wells Avenue, Newton Centre, MA 02159. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a clinical questionnaire that will identify women who have experienced violence as children and/or adults and to provide appropriate psychoeducational intervention and referral guidelines for patients who are identified as victims of abuse via the aforementioned clinical tool. The contractor shall: develop and pilot a clinical assessment tool that will identify women who have experienced violence as children and/or adults; develop appropriate written psychoeducational intervention and referral guidelines to accompany the aforementioned assessment tool; and submit a summary report. The Better Homes Fund is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is eight months.
