R -- TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES SOL RFQ 665-16-98 POC Rita Delgado, Contracting Officer, (818) 895-9357 The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Remote Medical Transcription Service for the Southern California System of Clinics, 16111 Plummer St., Sepulveda, CA 91343. Contractor shall provide transcription for Radiology, Laboratory and Medical Administration Services. The Contractor must have compatible equipment with our Lanier Voicewriter System and be able to transmit into this Medical Center's computer system via telephone lines. Associated costs for compatible equipment and all telephone line charges are to be borne by the Contractor. Performance will be on/about April 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with one (1) one-year option for the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All requests for SOL must be in writing and directed to the Contracting Officer.
