Work will include but not be limited to writing and editing newsletters and media packets; researching demographic information; compiling and maintaining mailing lists; graphic design of brochures, posters, and electronically formatted slides; photography, including providing audiovisual equipment and videotaping and presenting slide shows; public contact such as interviews and providing information to the public; designing and placing exhibits; establishing and updating information repositories; and special event planning, which may include reserving and setting up meeting rooms, facilitating meetings, and providing a court reporter and meeting transcripts. Work will be conducted primarily in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, and any other areas serviced by the Seattle District. Performance Period is one year with an option for 4 additional years.
