and simulator training course development with follow-on training of
Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) pilots converting to RSAF
F-16C/D Block 52 aircraft. Course development and training will
include, but is not limited to, systems and emergency procedures
differences betweeen the F-16C/D block 42 and the block 52. Training
could also include training for any RSAF peculiar systems/equipment.
All instruction and technical information will be in the English
language. Training will be accomplished on two occasions. The first
class will begin on or about 25 May 98. Class size is approximately 12
students. F-16 simulator configured with the RSAF specific software is
desired with any necessary modifications to hardware or software to
provide the capability for students to experience and engine flameout
and then to allow the student to accomplish an airstart at any phase of
flight. Any courseware developed for this training will be in a
deliverable format (e.g. MS Power Point, paper based, etc.) allowing
use at the fighter squadron level in the future. Contractor shall
provide all necessary training equipment and facilities to include
