The performance period is 45 calendar days. The building is to be located at the 193D Special Operations Wing, Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility at Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, Pennsylvania on an existing 8-inch concrete taxiway. Estimated project range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitations will be available o/a 13 March 1998. Only one (1) solicitation package will be available to each individual prime contractor on a first serve basis.
