Project YTPM consists of piping demolition, removal and disposal of jet fuel, inerting pipeline atmosphere, furnish and install new pumps, pipe modifications and pipe testing including radiographic inspection. Project YTPM 97-0037 consists of removal and disposal of jet fuel, excavation and backfilling, demolition of selected areas of pipeline, installation of new fittings and valves, furnish and install concrete pit with steel cover, restoration of pavements and grass areas and testing of pipe installed including radiographic inspections. RFQ to be issued on 23 March 98. Due date for RFQ response 9 April 98. Performance period for both projects combined shall be 90 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction for both projects is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
