The Army requires a contract to Replace HVAC Units in Family Housing Areas 3, 5, 7, & 18 at Ft. Stewart, GA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to; demolition of existing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment and related solar heating and heat recovery systems; installation of new split system heat pumps, condensing units with matching evaporator coils, refrigerant piping, control wiring, thermostats and associated electrical work. It is important to note that buildings that receive work are occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC is 1711. This acquisition is solicited on an unrestricted basis. There is no charge for the solicitation package. All requests must be submitted in writing to the address above.
