The work consists of but not limited to remove the existing doors and replace with new doors to fit the opening, remove the existing windows and replace with new windows to fit the opening, remove the existing storm doors and provide new storm doors for all the doors, provide new doorbell for all the doors, provide new mini- ventilation on soffit, properly dispose of all lead contaminated debris due to the demolition, paint all the exterior metal and masonry portions, remove the existing canopy, and handrail as indicated, and construct new portico and handrail as designed.
