This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with Sensenich Wood Propeller Company, 2008 Wood Court, Plant City, FL 33567. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. Sensenich Wood Propeller Company is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) wooden propeller and holds the proprietary data rights to these propellers.
