This modification is a continuation of Submission No. 173698, dated March 02, 1998, which is a sole-source procurement with Computer Associates International Inc. The following text is added to the original synopsis: z) Able to provide program statistics including size, language, link edit dates, zaps, and system status index (SSI) indicators; also provide size, compile dates, language used, zaps, and address mode for CSECTs (Control SECTion). The CMA-TSO PLUS software shall provide: a single-address-space solution for switching between TSO/ISPF work and other applications while retaining navigated points; multiple ISPF dialogs to be active in a single TSO session; work in several different environments at the same time; immediate access to a list of data sets most recently used; a STEPLIB lookaside facility; optimal read operations from partitioned data sets by reducing the number of physical I/O operations; and, caching of I/O requests. This software shall run on an Amdahl 5995 Model 2570M CPU, with future upgrades to models 5995-3570M and 5995-4570M, in an MVS/ESA operating environment, with JES, VTAM, and CA-VMAN as significant subsystems. All affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the compatibility in an MVS/ESA integrated environment, and shall be received within 15 days of this advertisement. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable items(s) is available or that is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining software from Computer Associates, a sole source acquisition shall be negotiated with Computer Associates International, Inc.
