A/E Service to provide scope of work, working drawings, specifications, cost estimate, construction schedule, and various construction period services for complete renovation of NHCU, 5th Floor, VA Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, MO. Project will provide semiprivate and private bathroom facilities. The utility systems associated with the renovation will also be updated and improved upon. The existing interior architectural furnishings were installed when the facility was built in 1950. Project will provide a more pleasing and aesthetic environment for quality patient care. Estimated construction cost $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Award preliminary design by 5-15-98 with option for specifications and working drawings with construction period services. Preliminary design to be completed by 8-15-98 w/final design completed by 12-1-98. Interested firms submit appropriate data described in number Note 24 no later than April 10, 1998.
