F.A.A. is establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL), of architectural/engineering and engineering firms for the Northwest Mt. Region. The seven state region consists of: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Vendors may be selected off the QVL for various tasks as the need arises. The services included in this QVL are: Architectural/Engineering Design Services; Mechanical Engineering Services; Electrical Engineering Services; Structural Engineering Services; Estimating Services; Geotechnical Services; Design/Build Projects. This is a competitive action and is exempt from the Brook's Act. Prospective offerors must submit the statement incorporated in the Screening Information Request (SIR). The SIR is available on the Internet on the NW Mt. Region Home Page: http://www.tc.faa.gov/NM/anm-hp.html (Select Solicitations from the choices offered.) Prospective vendors will be evaluated based upon the following Key Discriminators: 1: Personnel Qualifications / Management Philosophy;2: Past Performance/Experience; 3: Quality Control; 4: Financial Report; 5: Samples. Vendors determined to be technically acceptable and capable of providing the greatest value to the FAA will be added to the QVL for the solicitation of applicable future requirements. Vendors determined unacceptable will not be added to the QVL and will not be solicited.
