Equipment size no larger than a John Deere 490 or equivalent. Grapple shall have at least three teeth on each side of the grapple. A bucket and thumb is not acceptable. Item 01, Dustbox consists of 115 acres. Item 02, Big Bulger consists of 618 acres and Item 03, Bulger Unit 5 consists of 136 acres. Completion date for these projects will be September 30, 1999.
