The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to solicit proposals for services to purge, store, retrieve, and ship medical records and fetal heart monitors for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego. A firm fixed price contract for a base year and four years is anticipated. The requirement is for both on and off-site performance. The Government is using Statement of Objectives (SOO) techniques. The SOO is an acquisition strategy providing each offeror maximum flexibility to propose an innovative and cost effective approach. The offeror will use the SOO and other applicable provisions of the RFP, to develop the proposed Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW shall be submitted as part of the proposal and will become an attachment to the contract at award. Technical acceptability, price, and past performance will be used as evaluation factors for award. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside (0061)
