This is a modification to the CBD notice published February 20, 1998 for Mortgage Insurance Endorsement Processing services for the HUD Pennsylvania State Homeownership Center (PA HOC) located in Philadelphia, PA. There will be 2 areas, Area 1 will consist of Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey; Area 2 will consist of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, and Michigan. The estimated quantity is 200,000 cases per year per area; all work MUST be performed in the PA HOC. The offeror(s) MUST have the capability to perform the entire yearly estimated quantity within each area that they submit an offer.
