This is a modification to the CBD notice published February 20, 1998 for Single Family Data Input services for the HUD Pennsylvania State Homeownership Center (PA HOC) located in Philadelphia, PA. There will be 2 areas, Area 1 will consist of Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey; Area 2 will consist of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, and Michigan. There will be 7 line items within each area; those items and their yearly estimated quantities per area are as follows: Log closing packages -- 200,000, Enter appraisal license info. -- 8,000, Logging of appraisals -- 150,000, Enter condo info. -- 600, Enter tech reviews -- 15,000, Enter MCC and info. -- 400, and Enter Field review of appraisals -- 15,000. All work MUST be performed in the PA HOC. The bidder(s) MUST have the capability to perform the entire yearly estimated quantity per line item for all line items within each area that they bid.
