Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) services are required in the Doraville, GA. area with a contractor-furnished connection to the Plantation Pipeline System and/or Colonial Pipeline Systems. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary services and facilities to receive, store and ship Government-owned product (JP-8). Storage Capacity required: 104,000 barrel shell capacity (99,000 fill capacity)in a minimum of two tanks is required, interconnected and isolated from other facilities and products handled with the tank farm. Estimated throughput is 370,000 barrels per year. Period of performance is July 1, 1998 through June 30, 2003 with three (3) additional five (5) year option periods.
