Furnish all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary and incidental to the Exterior/Interior Electrical Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for miscellaneous base facilities, including airfield lighting and navigation aids. Work includes the installation of various components to both medium voltage primary distribution (underground) and low voltage secondary distribution systems throughtout Randolph AFB TX. One Basic Year and two (2) Option Years. Services furnished for this IDIQ shall be ordered through issuance of delivery orders during the contract period. The guarantee minimum to be ordered shall be $1,500,000.00 throughout the life of the contract. The minimum amount per delivery order shall be $5,000.00 with a maximum amount per delivery order of $1,600,000.00. The maximum amount to be ordered shall be as follows: Basic Year-$6,000,000.00 (est); First Option Year-$7,000,000.00 (est); Second Option Year-$7,800,000.00 (est). The performance period for each year is 365 calendar days. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1731 and the size standard is $7 million. This acquisition is unrestricted.
