Z -- GENERATOR REPLACEMENT VARIOUS BUILDINGS SOL N62472-98-M-4709 DUE 042898 POC Alvaretta Fortuna, Contract Specialist, (207) 921-2665 The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment necessary for new generator replacement at building 200 and 227 at Brunswick Naval Air Station. Work to include the removal and disposal of two existing generators and the installation of new replacement generators with all the necessary electrical and mechanical alterations necessary to create a complete electrical back-up system at buildings 200 and 227. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCES FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS - -- CONSTRUCTION ACQUISITIONS -- TEST PROGRAM (APR 1996). Replies to this notice are requested for SIC Code 1731, Electrical Work. Bids received from all responsible sources shall be considered. Bidders/Offerors interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request along with payment in one of the following forms: VISA Credit Card, Bank Draft, Cashiers's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $44.03.
