70 -- SOFTWARE SOL NA POC Penny Starliper, Contracting Officer The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) intents to issue a sole source contract to IBM Corporation against their GSA schedule for proprietary, MVS-compliant, operating system software (OS/390). This software must be year 2000 compliant and compatible with the AO's existing MVS/ESA operating system, and capable of supporting the existing program office applications. All interested persons must submit their interest and capability in writing, demonstrating their ability to satisfy this requirement. Such data must include, as a minimum, a complete listing of items, complete anlaysis to demonstrate their ability to provide this software which meets the AO's requirements, pricing data with all applicable discounts, GSA schedule contract number (if applicable), a point of contact, and any other pertinent information.
