The Presidio Trust, a wholly-owned Federal Government corporation, has identified a requirement to acquire public relations services, including, but not limited to media relations including press kit development, identification of issues affecting news coverage of Presidio Trust activities, media training for Executive Board members and key staff, and proactive media relations intended to obtain news coverage for significant activities at the Presidio, including preparation of news releases, special event strategy and planning; development of communications strategy and specific communication, preparation of collateral materials to include development of organizational identity, logo creation, fact sheets, displays, slides, brochures, video, and other visual aids as necessary. Significant selection criteria, all of equal importance are as listed herein: (a) demonstrated ability to provide described services; (b) quality and responsiveness of proposal; (c) demonstrated experience in working with Federalgovernment organizations; (d) demonstrated affirmative hiring and contracting practices; (e) quality of presentation and interview; and (f) billings rates and fee structure. The applicable SIC Code is 8743. This action is unrestricted and is pursued through competitive negotiation. Submission of offers by small business concerns, women-owned business firms, and minority-owned business firms is encouraged by the Presidio Trust.
