Initially, the procurement description for engineering, technical, and logistics support of shipboard and shore applications of navigation, and other systems and equipment for all Navy ships did not adequately describe the scope of the requirement. To modify this synopsis would be of such magnitude that a new synopsis is more desirable. This requirement will be resynopsized in the very near future and the description will detail the scope of the AN/WSN-7 (RLGN) installation requirement which also includes production and manufacturing support and facility requirements.
