S. Government. Material is to be offlined through direct satellite feeds or furnished on videotape. Services are to be provided for the period 1 April 98 through 31 March 99, with one option year period. The contract is to be solicited on a sole source basis with Turner International who holds the International Distribution Rights of the programs to be acquired.
