The project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Relocate and/or encase existing storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, cabling services. 2. Remove and replace trees and shrubbery. Remove and relocate the existing lawn sprinkler system. 3. Demolish existing sidewalk, curb & gutter and landscaping. 4. Expand the existing Base Building including foundations, pre-cast concrete panels and structural steel. 5. Demolish and replace office space within the existing facility. 6. Construct office space within the expanded Base Building including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electric power. 7. Install new storefront entrances. 8. Install new storm sewer drains, drop inlets and building foundation tile. 9. Replace existing air handler unit and install new unit. 10. Install new sidewalk, and curb and gutter. 11. Regrade the affected areas of the plot and reseed/sod. 12. Minimize andall interruptions of service to the facility during the entire project. A fire alarm interruption and electrical power interruption will be required for the base building expansion. 13. Convert complete existing and install new HVAC system to Direct Digital Control.
