The work of this contract consists of replacing the slate roof on the Mogan Cultural Center, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. Existing sound and undamaged slate shall be removed, reinstalled and supplemented with new matching slate. Existing roofing felt shall be removed and replaced with new material. New bituminous-polyethelene membrane shall be installed. The estimated construction range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to P.L. l00-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all size firms.
