Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Precision Strike System Program Office (SPO) plans to contract sole source with Lockheed-Martin-Vought Systems (LMVS) for the modification, upgrade and logistics support for the AGM-142/AGM-130/GBU-15 Mission Squadron Trainer (MST). The MST is a TOPSCENE Deployable Device providing real-time, high-fidelity, photo-based image generation of geospecific terrain and cultural feature imagery. The TOPSCENE Deployable Device is integrated with the weapon system 6-DOF, the aircraft display and control (HOTAS). The government does not possess the capability nor adequate documentation necessary for sound system integration of the Mission Squadron Trainer to complete this effort.
