The following item is hereby deleted from the specification: "The draw capacity shall be at least 24 ounces per minute @ 75 degree ambient temperature". The following hereby replaces the deleted item: "The draw capacity shall be at least 24 ounces per minute at a temperature of 45 degrees F, assuming an ambient temperature of 75 degrees F."
