Morford, Code 210.10, Contracting Officer, 904/542-1162 This requirement calls for the provision of various labor categories in support of Research and Development efforts under the auspices of CNO Project Beartrap. Labor categories include, but may not be limited to, two Program Analysts, six Mission Specialists, six Field Engineers, one Logistician, one Logisticsa Technician, a Support Systems Technician and a Security Clerk. Because of the need to provide maximum flexibility in labor mix and level of effort, this requirement is being solicited as a indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, time and materials type contract. The contract will be for a base year (1 Feb 1999 through 31 Jan 2000) with options to continue the period of performance for four additional years. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable SIC is 8711 with a size standard of average annual sales over the past three years not in excess of $20 million per year.
