S-FBOAD-94-C-0009 in accordance with FAR 6.302 with Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Inc., 1900 N. Beauregard St., Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22311-1722, to extend the period of the contract by an additional eighteen (18) months. The purpose of the extension modification is to provide continued uninterrupted computer facilities management support services through the year 2000. Pinkerton's development and subsequent maintenance of the DoS FBO system makes them uniquely qualified to provide these services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
