(303) 220-6541 The Indefinite Quantity Contract for environmental
consultant services is to provide services necessary to perform
environmental consultant functions to support real estate activities
such as, new construction, leases, repair and alterations, and other
due diligence /activities. Provide professional staff, materials, and
equipment at the request of the Contracting Officer's U.S. Postal
Service (USPS) Project Managers and environmental staff who will be
responsible for the functions described above. The USPS anticipates
that the work under this contract will be implemented by awarding
multiple contracts, classified as an Indefinite Quantity contract with
escalation provisions. Contracts will be awarded to responsible
offerors whose proposal conforming to the solicitation offers the best
value to the USPS, multiplier and technical evaluation factors
considered. Projects will be located in the following states, which
comprise the Denver FSO's territory: Alaska, Arizona, California
(northeast corner), Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico,
Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Firms that have the
qualifications to perform the services described above are invited to
submit proposals. No pre-proposal conference has been scheduled.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 9, 1998, at
a cost of $20.00 per set, non-refundable. Send check or postal money
order, made payable to A&D Draft-Aid, PO Box 40877, Denver, CO
80204-0877, referencing the solicitation number. You can also charge

this is a request for proposals, offers will not be publicly opened.
The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount
of any one offer, or relative standing of the offeror will not be
disclosed to anyone until after award of a contract is made and the
request is submitted in writing. Offerors are encouraged to submit
their proposal by one of the methods offered by the U.S. Postal Service
