Services required include: training and curricula development activities; procurement, warehousing, delivery, and installation of various supplies and equipment; professional and technical experts in law enforcement and prosecutorial processes; planning and implementation of special projects; rehabilitation of facilities; conference planning; and management, administrative, logistic and field support. Contractor must be able to respond with little or no turnaround time and be accustomed to working in foreign and cash economy environments. Multiple awards may be made.
