US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, anticipates soliciting under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a sole source requirement to provide full housing maintenance for housing areas, bachelor quarters, and guesthouses. Contractor has an established relationship with a county welfare agency in New Jersey in order to provide welfare recipients with on-the-job-training, experience and education. Contractor is a public, private non-profit or charitable employer. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment to manage and operate a Self-Help Department and Work Order Department, execute a preventative maintenance plan, and perform routine and preventative tasks at housing areas, bachelor quarters, and guesthouses. This will be a firm fixed price and time and material type contract. This will be sole source to Occupational Center of New Jersey, 391 Lakeside Ave., Orange, New Jersey 07050.
