The Government owned storage facility is located in Harahan, LA. The warehouse is 45,000 square feet with approximately 1,200 line items currently stored in the warehouse. The contractor shall perform all planning, administration and management necessary to provide all warehousing, receiving, storage and shipping support services; be responsible for all administration services such as quality control, financial control, and maintenance of accurate and complete records, files, and libraries of documents; and provide related services such as preparing and providing required inventory reports. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing date for receipt of proposals. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a base year and two option years.
