The work to be performed under this project involves the construction of a new gymnasium and recreation center building (16,000 gross square foot). The new construction includes the new building and site utilities in the project area, installation of new site drainage, site grading, site lighting and landscaping. The work to be performed is at the Tulsa Job Corps Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The construction completion date is estimated to be 420 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range for construction is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on March 24, 1998, ONLY from the office of Architect/Engineer, Selser Schaefer Architects, 1820 South Boulder Avenue, Suite 300, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74119-5025. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB document, plus COD charges. A Pre-Bid walk-through is scheduled April 9, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., local time.
