Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and perform all necessary operations in connection with "Construct Hangar Addition," Davis-Monthan AFB AZ, Project No. FBNV 93-9003, in strict accordance with the project specifications. The project includes approximately 40% architectural, 5% civil, 15% electrical, 15% mechanical, 25% general. Work consists of constructing a single story addition to the east side of Bldg 1750 and an elevator on the west side. Work is in a restricted area. The construction performance period is 270 calendar days after notice to proceed. Anticipated issue date is 30 Mar 98; anticipated bid opening date is 29 Apr 98. A prebid site visit is scheduled for 7 Apr 98 at 10:00 am, and all potential offerors are highly encouraged to attend. The magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
