The work may include any item detailed in the Unit Price Schedule in any postal facility in the State of Montana. Offerors must submit a MULTIPLIER that will apply equally to all Unit Line Items. The multiplier may not extend more than two (2) decimal points (.95, 1.90, etc.). Work Orders will be issued when projects are identified. Term of contract will be two (2) years. The initial contract value is $500,000 and may be increased in $500,000 increments with a maximum value not to exceed $3,000,000 over the term of the contract. Additional consent of surety will be required. Offerors must provide all information requested on Notes to Offer Page or submittal will not be considered. The solicitation package will be available on or about March 6, 1998, and may be obtained by remitting a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $30.00 per set.
