Requirements contract for a base year with two option periods is contemplated. Contractor shall be required to provide labor, equipment, supplies/materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with repairing/replacing Built-up, Single Ply and Asphalt Shingle Roofing for Administrative, Services, and Family Housing Facilities/Buildings. Work includes, but is not limited to, cap flashing, insulation, base flashing, furnish/install aluminum coping, reinstall roof top exhausters, replace deteriorated roof framing and fascia, etc. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is subject to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. An evaluation preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns will be contained in the solicitation. SIC 1761/$7.0 Million.
