The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to purchase a Small Boat Integrated Hydrographic Survey System that uses a combination of multi-beam and multi-transducer technology to conduct surveys in shallow water aboard an existing survey vessel. The intent is to configure, purchase and install a single survey system that collects survey data in areas: 1) between channel lines in shallow water projects (less than twenty meters MLLW) and 2) outside the channel lines (as shoal as 1.5 meters). The existing survey vessel is twenty-six feet in length and has an eight foot beam with a cabin enclosure. This system will be used to conduct detailed hydrographic surveys of channels, underwater obstructions, etc. in support of the Project Condition, Dredge Material Management, Dredging and other programs of the New York District. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under SIC Code/Size Standard, #3812/750 Employees.
