per section 701 of the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction
from the Oklahoma Department of Highways. High Early Strength 5000 PSI
@ 7 days; estimated quantity of 910 Cubic Yards. Regular Strength 3000
PSI @ 28 days; estimated quantity of 1,380 cubic yards. This
requirement is full and open competition. Taxpayer identification
number (TIN) and contractor cage code should be included with your
request for solicitation. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All Contractors
who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be
registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) by 31 March 1998 in
order to be awarded DOD contracts. Further information may be obtained
