The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a provisioned item order to contract N00019-97-C-0027 to procure on-site flight test support, as required, for testing of the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) High Off Boresight System (HOBS) capability for the F/A-18 and F-15 aircraft. This flight test support is in addition to that support currently established within the AIM-9X Missile EMD program being developed by Raytheon Missile Systems Company (RMSC) formerly Hughes Missile Systems Company (HMSC). Only RMSC, with its experience as sole designer and developer of the AIM-9X Missile, possesses the technical and engineering capability to fulfill this requirement. RMSC is located at P.O.
