Areas of interest, to be measured from the perspective of parties outside JPL and NASA Headquarters, include: (a) JPL's technical, scientific and engineering accomplishments and the quality of these accomplishments; (b) Impacts (e.g., economic, intellectual) of JPL's technical, scientific and engineering accomplishments; (c) JPL's technical, scientific and engineering capabilities; (d) Quality of individual JPL staff members; (e) Attractiveness of JPL as a place to work; (f) Participants' satisfaction with JPL's projects and programs; (g) Effectiveness of JPL-formed partnerships; (h)Effectiveness of JPL's dissemination of public information regarding technical, scientific and engineering results and accomplishments; (i) Effectiveness of JPL's dissemination of educational information; and (j) Effectiveness of JPL's technology infusion, transfer and commercialization processes.
