The Operationsal Contracting Office of Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts intends to purchase software maintenance and on-site support on a sole source basis from Judge Imaging Systems, 15 Lakeside Office Park, Wakefield, MA., provided that other suppliers cannot furnish the requirement at more favorable terms. The government intends to make a single award for hardware to software and software to software interfaces and upgrade service for a document access tool which provides document transfer, processing, routing, storage, and security. If a firm believes that it can satisfy the described requirements it must submit information to this office. The firm must also submit a price list relevant to this acquisition. The work is to be provided to ESC/Hanscom AFB and to Robins AFB. If a firm believes it can satisfy the requirement it must submit information to this office as well as a price list relevant to this acquisition. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the source vendor and all responsive firms to this notice of intent or otherwise request a copy of any solicitation.
