The contractor shall have full end-to-end (i.e., service demarcation point to service demarcation point) responsibility for the provision, engineering, furnishing, installation, test, performance, and maintenance of facilities and equipment necessary to provide two RS-422A unframed full-duplex dedicated (full period) digital circuits between Falcon AFB, CO and Onizuka Air Station, CA. One circuit shall have a data rate of 1.544 Mbps. The other shall have a data rate of 2.048 Mbps. Also, one RS-422A 1.536 Mbps unframed full-duplex dedicated (full period) digital circuit between Vandenberg AFB, CA and Onizuka Air Station, CA. The contract period is one base year with nine one-year options to extend.
