Armstrong (970) 490-7216 The Western Area Power Administration of the Department of Energy has a requirement for nonpersonal services to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to prevent the growth of vegetation in all switchyards, microwave sites, and substations as listed in the statement of work. The work is located at various sites in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. The contractor shall be licensed by each state to perform the services. First visit services shall be completed NLT April 30, 1998. One year contract period from date of award with an option for renewal in each of the succeeding four years.
