The VA Medical Center, Kansas City, MO is seeking Ophthalmology services to provide outpatient/inpatient retina and glaucoma services, both clinical and surgical. The ophthalmology clinic will be staffed by a physician with additional training in retina who is board-certified in ophthalmology. The ophthalmology clinic will be staffed by a physician trained in glaucoma and board-certified in ophthalmology. The physician(s) provided under this contract must be credentialed and privileged in ophthalmology at the Kansas City, VAMC. Initial contract period will be for one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year pre-priced options for renewal.
