The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) plans a sole source procurement for Engineering Services in support of the Bradley STRIKER Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) program. The action will be awarded to Systems Electronics Inc. (SEI) located in St. Louis on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis, as a modification to the current STRIKER EMD contract DAAE07-97-C-X111. The acquisition will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with SEI pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The award will be in the form of an option to the current EMD contract for 40,000 engineering and logistics hours, on a level of effort (LOE) basis.
